The University of Michigan is partnering with the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) to host a series of virtual workshops and a virtual codeathon. Save the date information for the workshops is below, as is a call for project proposals for the codeathon. Please share this information with anyone at your institution who might be interested.

June 14 - An Update on NCBI BLAST and Other Sequence Analysis Tools
June 15 - Getting Started with NCBI Data in Python
Codeathon: July 13-15 Detailed information & how to sign up to participate will be publicized mid-May 2021.
We are seeking proposals for codeathon team projects.
