Register Now for MLA’s October Copyright Webinar!

 Good morning MDMLG,

We have received funding from NN/LM Region 6 to host the MLA October webinar:

Picture This! Exploring Copyright Issues Through Image Use Case Studies

  • Date/Time: Thursday, October 6, 2022, 2:00pm – 4:00pm EST.
  • If you can’t attend the live webinar, a recording will be available for viewing within 180 days

Registration: We will not be holding live viewings at a particular site; participants will attend remotely. There is no charge for this webinar. To register to view the live webinar and/or the recording, please complete the Online Registration Form.

To view the webinar, an access code will be provided to all registrants within two days of the webinar date. You will need a MEDLIB-ED account to participate if you don’t already have one. These are free to set-up, and you don’t have to be an MLA member.

CE Credit: As with previous MLA webinars, we received Region 6 funding for a license that includes 25 CE codes for 25 individuals to claim 2 contact hours of MLA CE credit. CE codes will be provided on a first come, first served basis to the first 25 registrants that request it. You can view the webinar without claiming CE. To claim CE, individuals log-in to their MEDLIB-ED account, watch the live webinar or recording, complete the evaluation, and claim CE certificates.

As this is sponsored by MDMLG, our members will receive priority for the CE codes. Registration will open up to MHSLA members on Friday, September 23 - so register ASAP if you want CE!

Registration deadline for all participants is Monday, October 3, 2022.

If you have any questions, please contact JoAnn Krzeminski at jkrzemi1@hfhs.org
