Additional Nominations by Petition: According to the bylaws, any general member may also nominate additional candidates to any open position by petition, signed by not fewer than ten (10) personal members providing they are submitted in writing to the chair of the Nominating Committee at least seven (7) days before the election. Petitions must be accompanied by a written statement of acceptance from the candidate and biographical sketch. As a formal election will not be necessary this year with one candidate nominated per role, any at large petitions will need to be sent to the Tamara and Stephanie by May 14, 2026 (30 days from this notice).

According to the bylaws, after 30 days, if there have not been any properly obtained petitions for any positions, the Board is within its rights to deem the slate elected and the incoming candidates will be officially elected at the 2026 Summer Luncheon.
